Pressure Vessel Fabrication
Design and fabrication of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks to ASME Section VIII Division 1 standards. Built and stamped for high-pressure oil and gas service.
Piping Systems
Complete piping spool fabrication for process, utility, and instrumentation. Carbon and stainless steel capability. Full radiographic testing and ASME B31.3 compliance.
Structural Steel

Offshore Platform Structural Fabrication
Fabrication and delivery of modular process equipment skids for an offshore platform upgrade in the Gulf of Guinea. Delivered on schedule within demanding sea-fastening and weight-control specifications.
Crude Oil Storage Tank Fabrication
Design, shop-fabrication, and field installation of API 650 standard crude oil storage tanks for a Lagos-based independent operator. Full non-destructive testing, inspection, and final commissioning included.
Gas Treatment Plant Piping Systems
Full piping fabrication and installation for a new-build gas treatment facility. Over 12km of high-pressure process piping fabricated in our shop, hydro-tested, and installed onsite with 100% weld pass rate.
